INFO:

Freesound fosters a collaborative community of Grinnell artists, friends and beyond. Although each group’s music is unique, our artists work together for creative input and inspiration. Constant interaction is not only important for the creative stages of our music, but for the music to externalize in a live performance setting (where it’s often at its best).  Our goal is to bring people together and create something to get excited about.

What does Freesound do?

Produce, promote and distribute compact discs/vinyl from our artists. Put together shows and other happenings. Arrange for practice time and equipment for whoever needs it. Talk about and share music.
